My name is Jana and I'm a yoga therapist, mindfulness facilitator and health counsellor.

After graduating from St.Petersburg Economy University with a degree in Informatics, I've moved to Denmark and decided to pivot. I've applied to a program in nutrition and health to pursue my dream of helping people become happier and healthier.
I've got certified as a yoga teacher in India, got diploma in yoga therapy from a highly respectable Institute in Russia, co-authored research papers and assisted in a study exploring the benefits of yoga and meditation in Australian university.
In 2017 I've changed my life entirely
I've dedicated my life to health and wellness
Since 2017 I've been working around the world - teaching groups and personal classes in yoga and meditation and leading workshops and lectures on health and wellness, where I combine traditional wisdom and modern science.

is to show a way to live a full and happy life whilst still being productive and achieving your goals.

I combine yoga and other movement-based methods, mindfulness meditation, techniques from the embodiment approach and psychology to help with my clients' problems in the most efficient, safe and accessible way
